i enjoyed the slides at the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful. yassine made my coffee without sugar and it was great. zakia and fatima at reception also provided excellent assistance, they made everything easier.

i upgraded to a pool view room, but the bathroom cleanliness should be improved, this is important for new visitors.

the large swimming pool area was always clean and well-kept. i noticed helpful cleaners maintaining the rooms daily. i also appreciated there were many sunbeds around the pool, they allowed everyone to relax.

the service was a problem. the reception staff just weren't helpful at all and seemed uninterested in resolving any issues i had. also, the maintenance was lacking. in my room, the plug sockets did not work, this was frustrating.

I found the waterslides really fun (especially the yellow one!). i really liked the swimming pool. It even had some thrilling slides for both adults and children. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices, and i particularly enjoyed the fresh eggs prepared daily.

the tv remote control was missing from the room, so i was unable to use the tv.
