large swimming pool helpful staff open corridor rude receptionist
The swimming pool was large and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided quick assistance when needed (which i really appreciated).
The corridors to outside remained open, i found that freezing. The male receptionist was quite rude.

a surprising gem
great slides friendly staff excellent assistance
i enjoyed the slides at the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful. yassine made my coffee without sugar and it was great. zakia and fatima at reception also provided excellent assistance, they made everything easier.
i upgraded to a pool view room, but the bathroom cleanliness should be improved, this is important for new visitors.

the large swimming pool area was always clean and well kept. i noticed helpful cleaners maintaining the rooms daily. i also appreciated there were many sunbeds around the pool, they allowed everyone to relax.

unhelpful reception broken sockets
the service was a problem. the reception staff just weren't helpful at all and seemed uninterested in resolving any issues i had. also, the maintenance was lacking. in my room, the plug sockets did not work, this was frustrating.

fun waterslide amazing breakfast wide variety
I found the waterslides really fun (especially the yellow one!). i really liked the swimming pool. It even had some thrilling slides for both adults and children. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices, and i particularly enjoyed the fresh eggs prepared daily.
the tv remote control was missing from the room, so i was unable to use the tv.

The outdoor pool area offered slides for kids. I appreciated the availability of taxis right outside the hotel. The suite had two bathrooms. This was convenient for our family. The staff was friendly upon arrival.
The gym's weights were broken. The gym was completely unusable.

the all-inclusive breakfast had good variety. friendly staff upgraded my room to a family room at no extra cost. the pool area was clean and had a lifeguard present. mohammed at reception provided great service.

the breakfast buffet provided many options and the food tasted fresh. staff members yassamine and khawla stood out with excellent service. the pools was big, and i easily found a lounger each day.
